Youness Barakat
Youness Barakat

"Appie" had got his stack of 180,000 in from the cutoff against tournament chipleader Youness Barakat on the button.

"Appie": AA63 All in
Youness Barakat: AQ65

The 43K flop left "Appie" drawing thin, and Brakat's flush locked up the pot oon the 5 turn. The 8 river was rendered meaningless as Barakat chipped up even further, ending up with a stack of roughly 350 big blinds.

"Appie" Can Not Find Outs

Level 9 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

"Appie" had been put all-in preflop by Lautaro Guerra in the big blind, and he called off their stack of 155,000 once it had folded back to him on the button.

"Appie": AK109 All in
Lautaro Guerra: KK54

The 3Q6 flop gave "Appie" a flush draw, while the 9 turn paired him up for even more outs. However, the 8 river stopped improving his hand and he was sent out late on Day 1a.
