Good Call by Shcherba
Level 10
: 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Vitalii Shcherba opened to 4,000 from under the gun, and he was called three times to discover a K♣K♠J♦ flop.
The Ukrainian player continued for 13,500, but only Daniele Maldonato on the button called. Shcherba fired a second barrel of 13,500 on the Q♠ turn, and Maldonato call again.
The river card was the Q♦, and this time, Shcherba checked. Maldonato took this opportunity to bet 13,500 and put Shcherba into the tank.
Shcherba eventually called with A♣3♣ for a simple ace-high, and he was right to do so as Maldonato only had J♣10♣.
