Everyone's favorite Finnish heavy-metal rocker has just departed in 17th place, nearly besting his 13th place finish in this event last year.

Rintala moved all in for 116,000 with {A-?}

only to run into {K-Clubs}

. The flop came down ace-high with three clubs, pairing up Rintala, but giving his opponent a flush draw. Another club landed on the turn and Rintala's tournament was over.

He'll take home € 24,700, which should be good for a few new amps.

Steven Weusten Eliminated in 18th Place (€ 24,700)

Steven Weusten was all in for his last 87,000 from the button and Samuel Chartier made the call from the small blind, holding {4-Diamonds}

to Weusten's {5-Spades}

. Weusten flopped good, the first three coming down {6-Diamonds}

, but the

turned, opening up a straight draw for Chartier. Sure enough, the {2-Hearts}

on the river filled it and the last Dutch player in the field was eliminated. He'll take home € 24,700 for his performance here in Barcelona.

Famed for his misfortune in EPT events, Ramzi Jelassi has gone crashing out of this year's Barcelona EPT in 20th place. All in with queens versus A-T, the ghost of Barry Greenstein prevailed with a dreaded "Ace on the River" sending the Swede home.

Malte Strothmann Eliminated in 21st Place (€ 24,700)

Jason Mercier raised to 27,000. Daniele Mazzia reraised to 67,000 and Malte Strothmann moved all in for his last 134,000. Mercier folded but Mazzia made the call. The players showed:

Claudio Cecchi Doubles Through Sebastian Ruthenberg

In yet another preflop all-in confrontation, Claudio Cecchi took his {K-Clubs}

up against the {A-Clubs}

of Sebastian Ruthenberg. Cecchi hit a king on the flop and Ruthenberg could not improve, his stack dropping to 95,000 after the hand while Cecchi doubled to 125,000.
