Break Time Postponed

Players are meant to be on a break around about now, but seeing as there's a side event starting in the room in about 10 minutes, the main event break is being postponed until 20 minutes or so into the next level. So don't be surprised if we suddenly announce a break halfway through the next level - it's not just the bloggers slacking off...

Net Loss for Becker

Boris Becker raised to 6,000 only for a gentleman to move all in from the button for 43,800. Becker tanked up while various media personnel and railers crowded around the table, and eventually he called. It was a good call...

Becker: {A-Hearts} {J-Diamonds}
Mr. All In: {K-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds}

...But it was a bad flop.

Board: {K-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} {2-Spades} {3-Spades} {8-Spades}

Becker is down to 46,000.

Feldman Violently Happy

Punchy punchy punchy
Punchy punchy punchy
Andrew Feldman got his last in on a coinflip.

Feldman: {A-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}
Opponent: {2-Hearts} {2-Diamonds}

Board: {A-Hearts} {K-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {7-Spades} {4-Diamonds}

"Yessssss," he hissed, and punched Roberto Romanello who was railing him from the side. If he punches his buddies when he wins, we wonder what he does when he loses.

Either way, Feldman stays in the game on 65,000.

Ainsworth and Collado Battle

Jude Ainsworth and Jan Collado saw a flop come down {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{8-Clubs} with about 20,000 chips in the middle. Ainsworth was first to act and checked. Collado checked behind.

The turn brought the {A-Diamonds}, putting three bullets on board. Ainsworth fired 7,000 and Collado raised to 20,500. Ainsworth made the call.

The river was the {9-Hearts} and Ainsowrth led out with a bet of 30,000. Collado didn't seem to like the fact that Ainsworth led the river, but made the call after a minute or so in the tank.

"I play the board," said Ainsworth, before Collado tabled the {J-Hearts}{9-Clubs} for a full house on the river.

Collado moved up to 405,000 chips while Ainsworth dropped back to 535,000.

Nguyen Loses

Khiem Nguyen raised all in on the turn of a {3-Clubs} {10-Spades} {2-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds} board but was in some serious trouble when his opponent, who'd bet out, called in a flash.

Nguyen: {A-Clubs} {A-Spades}
Mr. Opponent: {3-Hearts} {3-Spades}

River: {7-Clubs}

Duly Mr. Nguyen took his leave.

Chartier with the Squeeze

After a player raised from middle position to 8,300 and the button flat-called, Sam Chartier squeezed all in from the small blind for just under 50,000. The initial raiser passed as did the button and Chartier was awarded the pot. He's now up to about 73,000 chips.
