Plauski Pulls a Straight

Aleh Plauski checked a {Q-Hearts} {10-Spades} {9-Diamonds} flop, and Bruno Lopes moved all in for about 260,000. Plauski called to find that he'd need to improve on his {K-Spades} {Q-Spades} to eliminate Lopes, who held {A-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds}. And improve he did, as the {J-Hearts} on the turn completed Plauski's straight. Lopes needed to river an ace to stay alive, but the {7-Clubs} was no help to him. Still, he made it impressively far today since he started as one of the shortest stacks this morning.
