Mathew Frankland raised to 47,000 in early position and a player hiding his identification number calls behind him. The action folds around to Andrzej Nowak-Rogozinski who is sat on the button and he squeezed to 121,000. Frankland didn't mess about and announced he was all-in and the other player in the trio folded.
Frankland had 357,000 and Andrzej Nowak-Rogozinski went into thought mode.
"You know I am not making a move right? This is going to be a huge flip." he said to Frankland.
"There will be no flip." Said the Terminator I mean Frankland!
Andrzej Nowak-Rogozinski folded and showed
. Frankland responded in kind by flipping over

The board read

when we arrived and Mesut Akbas had checked to Fried Meulders, who bet around 100,000. Akbas made the call and they saw a river.
Said river came down the
and Akbas checked again. This time the bet from Meulders was 110,000 and Akbas snap-called - but mucked and dejectedly announced, "Yup," to Meulders'
. Meulders is now up to 1.2 million. Akbas languishes on just 150,000.
Alex Wice raised to 45,000 and Fernando Valenciano reraised to 100,000 behind, before start-of-day chip leader Raphael Kroll cold four bet shoved for 447,000 from the button. The action naturally folded back around to Wice, whose eyes darted everywhere for a little while. He checked his hole cards, just to make sure they hadn't mysteriously turned into something else. Then he quietly announced, "I'm all in." Valenciano sighed and folded, and they turned their cards over.

The former chip leader is no more; the bobble-hatted Canadian, however, looks to be our new chip leader on 2 million.
Didier Mazairac fired out 50,000 on the turn of an
board against Fried Meulders and then a further 80,000 on the
river. Meulders called the first bet but then responded to the second with a raise to 266,000 and Mazairac looked severely pained, eventually electing to fold.
He's going deep, is Fried...
We joined the action as all of Joe Ebanks chips were being handed to Franck Pepe so we are not sure what the exchange of action was but we know the board was
and Ebanks had
and Pepe had

Julien Claudepierre raised to 45,000 from the cut off and Thomas Finneran three bet on the button making it 105,000 to play. Claudepierre quietly announced that he was all-in and after several minutes of deliberation Finneran folded.
In the very next hand Julien Claudepierre raised again to 45,000 and Thomas Finneran again three bet to 105,000. Claudepierre once again quietly announced he was all in and Finneran had a much tougher decision than the one before him.
Was pride going to play a part? Would Finneran be forced to call just to show everyone that he was no push over? In the end Finneran did not succumb to the the deadly sin and he very professionally folded his hand.
Siegfried Devos was facing a 170,000 bet on the turn of a
board against Laurent Polito and tanked for a couple of minutes before moving all-in. Polito snap-called and Devos' face fell.
Polito:

Drawing dead, the
river was meaningless and Polito adds even more chips to his stack which looks to be approaching the 2 million mark.
The board was already laid out and it was showing
. Ahmed Abdel Fatah had bet 400,000 on the river and the chip leader Alex Wice had moved all-in. Abdel Fatah had 340,000 behind him and there was a huge amount of chips in the middle of the pot that must have been well over one and a half million. In the end Abdel Fatah folded what he said was ace king. Wice now has 2,830,000 chips.
We knew it was going to happen sooner or later. Kenny Hallaert had picked up the gauntlet that everyone else on the table was afraid to even stare at.
We caught the action on the turn on a board of
. There was over 400,000 in the pot and the two people in the hand were Hallaert in the small blind and Holling in the cut off. Hallaert checked and Holling bet 185,000 and stared right into Hallaert who called. The river was the
and we now had any King for a straight and a possible diamond flush on board. Both players checked and Holling tabled
and a dejected Hallaert mucked his hand unseen.
Holling ~ 1,500,000
Hallaert ~ 880,000
