The last time we counted Juan Maceiras, he was hovering around double his starting stack with about 60,000. As we scan the room at the start of this level, though, we don't see Maceiras anywhere. His former chair is now occupied by someone who is definitely not Maceiras, and a quick look around the room sees him missing in action.
We'll presume the Spaniard busto unless we spot him in the next few minutes.
Team PokerStars Pro Theo Joregensen had a bad end to the last level. His Facebook staus read:
"Raises with A10. 2 guys calls. Flop 5,6,10. I bet. One guy call. Turn is a 3. I check he bet i call. River is a 10. I check. He bet i call. 55 for a full house. Down to 10K"

Spain's own Ana Marquez is the newest member of Team PokerStars Pro, but her debut, home-field event has not gone particularly well.
A player who'd end up not factoring into the showdown opened with a raise, and Erik van den Berg flatted in the cutoff. In the small blind, Marquez came along as well, and it was three-handed to the flop.
The dealer spread out , and the action checked to van den Berg. He put out a bet of 1,500, folding the initial raiser without incident. Marquez, though, check-raised to 5,000, and van den Berg promptly reraised to put her to the decision for her full stack. She eventually made the call with , looking to fill in the combo draw to stay alive. Van den Berg's had flopped the set to put him in front as the cards lay.
The turn was a very bad card for the lady, indeed, giving van den Berg the full house and leaving Marquez dead to the one-out . The river was a blank, though, and we've very quickly lost both halves of our Team PokerStars Pro contingent from Spain.
We expect to see the third member of the trio, Juan Manuel Pastor, tomorrow on Day 1b.

Luis Rufas has two lines on his Hendon Mob page and both entries have a Spanish flag as they both come from this tournament. Two years ago he came 40th for €18,000 and last year he improved to 10th spot for €40,000.
He's going along very nicely this year as well and is up to 145,000 after taking down a pot. He raised from UTG to 1,325 and was only called by Alejandro Piñeiro Barcelo on the button before a flop was revealed. Rufas c-bet for 2,025. Call.
Both players checked the turn and river and Rufas revealed a winning as his compatriot could only muster .
In middle position, Benny Spindler came into the pot with a raise to 1,400, and Bryn Kenney three-bet him to 3,300. Next door, though, Jeff Hakim wanted to play for even more. He bumped it up to 6,800 straight, and Spindler tanked for ages before folding. Kenney made the call, though, and off they went to a heads-up flop.
They'd both check through the turn on a board, but the river put four to the straight on board. When Kenney checked a third time, Hakim put out a bet of 11,000, and Kenney's cards instantly hit the muck. He's left with about 55,000 now, and that pot moves Hakim up over 50,000 in his own right.
Within the span of just a couple minutes, we've bid farewell to two of the more successful women in professional poker.
At one table nearby, we watched a gentleman in early position raise to 1,650, and he was called by two players. That brought the action to Team PokerStars Pro Sandra Naujoks, and she reraised all in for 5,900 total. The initial raiser reraised to isolate, and Naujoks was at risk at the cards were turned up.
Showdown
Mr. Raiser:
Naujoks:
The board was no help for the lady, and she's been sent to the rail here late in Day 1a.
While we were busy worrying about Sandra, we spied Annette Obrestad gathering her things and heading out of the room, too. We don't have any details on her elimination, but the two ladies have followed each other out the door, unfortunately.
Chris Moorman just had to let a hand go on the flop but he's still going along nicely with 92,000.
Sharkota Siarhei limped from UTG and called along with Ignat Liviu (BB) when Moorman raised to 2,100 from late position. The flop fell and Moorman's 4,200 c-bet was check-raised to 10,250 by Siarhei. Liviu folded in the middle of the action and Moorman's cards didn't take too long in hitting the muck as well.
