Yevgeniy Timoshenko had already pushed twice that we had seen before he was called the third time his stack was pushed towards the middle.
He did so from the cut-off for around 500,000 and Ismael Bojang, sat in the next seat, also moved all in. The players in the blinds folded and the cards were on their backs.
Timoshenko:
Bojang:
The board ran to make Bojang a straight. A lot of the remaining players will be glad to see the back of the extremely talented Timoshenko.
Jason Tompkins began the action with a raise to 60,000 from under the gun plus one. Michael Benvenuti called from the next seat over and it folded around to Giuseppe Cefalu who moved all in for his last 671,000 from the big blind. Tompkins wasted little time moving all in over the top and Benvenuti got out of the way.
Tompkins:
Cefalu:
Cefalu was behind and in need of some help from the community cards. Unfortunately for Cefalu, the board fell and Tompkins' tens were able to hold. He's now sitting at about 1.55 million.
Negjdel Avdylaj raised to 200,000 from the button before the flop and Jason Lavallee three-bet to 340,000 from the small blind. Micah Raskin folded his big blind and Avdylaj four-bet all in. Lavallee called and flipped pocket kings.
Showdown:
Avdylaj:
Lavallee:
Avdylaj was in a bad shape and needed to hit the board to keep his tournament hopes alive. Unfortunately for him, the flop gave Lavallee a full house. The on the turn and the on the river made no difference and Avdylaj hit the rail. He will collect €23,000 for the 22nd place finish.
Third place PCA finisher and part-time style guru Faraz Jaka started the day out front in the €2,200 side event with 38 players remaining, all of whom are in the money. News just reached us he has busted to the monster-stacked Melanie Weisner.

Charly Maracchione came from behind to double through fellow Italian Carmelo Vasta on the feature table. All the chips went in pre flop and the cards were on their backs. Maracchione had 445,000 chips.
Just recently Jason Lavallee busted Negjdel Avdyla with kings full of deuces and now he did the very same to Thomas Gabriel.
Gabriel shoved for 280,000 from the button and Lavallee called from the small blind.
Showdown:
Gabriel:
Lavallee:
The flop hit and it was all déjà vu for Lavallee as he flopped the very same hand he busted Avdyla with just a little more than half an hour ago. The on the turn and the on the river made no difference and Gabriel hit the rail in 18th place for €23,000.
Lavallee scooped the pot to increase his chip lead by another 300,000.
