Feenstra Goes Boom

Level 28 : 30,000-60,000, 10,000 ante

Rens Feenstra waited patiently for a hand, and as a result his stack dwindled to approximately 120,000 before the big blind hit him.

It was at that point Tom Middleton opened for 120,000 under the gun, Andreas Christoforou called from the small blind and Feenstra called off from the big. We're not 100% positive, but it appeared he did so without looking at his cards.

When the flop fell {4-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, Christoforou check-called a bet of 125,000 and then both players checked the {2-Clubs} turn. When the {3-Spades} completed the board on the river, Christoforou led out for 125,000 and Middleton called. Christoforou tabled the {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs} for a wheel, and he chopped the side pot with Middleton, who had the same hand with the {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

"Boom," Feenstra then announced before flipping over the {k-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for a flush and the triple.
