Vasileios Panagiotidis just moved all in for 53,600 chips and Jose Manuel Nadal Sordo made the call to his direct left. The other players folded and the showdown went as following.
Vasileios Panagiotidis:
Jose Manuel Nadal Sordo:
The board ran out and Panagiotidis was knocked out.
Chris Moorman has started off his day winning races and busting players - what's new?
He opened to 6,400 from early position and called when Ramey Shaio shoved for 32,100 from the button.
Shaio:
Moorman:
The board ran to make Moorman a flush. King-queen has probably earned Moorman a lot of money on PokerStars over the years and the hand's treating him well here.
According to our crack photographer Neil Stoddart, Peter Jetten has hit the rail holding . He was all in and at risk on a flop of with pocket rockets, but he was drawing very slim against Lauri Personen, who held .
Jetten was unable to improve his hand, and he was eliminated just short of the money.
Teddy Sheringham was never the fastest player on the pitch (fastest mind though) when he was still playing so it seems fitting he lost a race to bust EPT London.
Manig Loeser opened to 6,000 from under the gun and Sheringham called from the next seat along with Gert Zumkehr before Pasi Sormunen squeezed to 24,000 from the big blind. Loeser and Zumkehr folded but Sheringham shoved for 83,600. Call.
Two PokerStars Qualifiers just went at it preflop and the initial raiser was Seun Oluwole who made it 6,200. Rasmus Agerskoy decided to three-bet to 17,200 after which the action was folded back to Oluwole. Oluwole put together some more chips and made it 38,700. Agerskoy immediately folded and Oluwole picket up another pot.
The money bubble is approaching and every pot becomes more and more tense as play goes on!
On a flop, Jose Manuel Nadal Sordo had fired 8,200 before Chris Moorman check-raised to 21,700 and Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier folded.
Sordo made the call to see the on the turn and Moorman led out for 32,500 this time and again the PokerStars qualifier made the call. The river was the and Moorman bet a substantial 79,000, Sordo called again and Moorman turned over for a full house.
Team PokerStars Pro Marcel Luske was sitting pretty on a big stack just half an hour ago but now it's all gone. First he lost aces versus kings against Full Tilt's Professional Viktor Blom and just now his final chips went to Rory Matthews.
Luske raised to 8,000 preflop and Matthews, who was sitting to his direct left, three-bet to 16,000. Both blinds folded and Luske made the call with around 20,000 chips left behind.
The flop brought out and Luske moved all in right away and Matthews called.
John O'Shea raised to 7,000 after which Team PokerStars Pro Leo Margets moved all in for 66,000 chips. The action was folded to Carlo Citrone who called all in for 52,100. The player in the big blind tanked for quite some time on top of that but he eventually folded, as did O'Shea.
Leo Margets:
Carlo Citrone:
The board ran out and Citrone doubled up. Margets had just 13,000 chips left but doubled up on the very next hand against Team PokerStars Pro Theo Jorgensen. Margets moved all in and Jorgesen called from the big blind.
Leo Margets:
Theo Jorgensen:
The board ran out and Margets doubled up. She still not safe for a spot in the money but at least she has some more time to find a good spot.
Team PokerStars Pro Theo Jorgensen opened to 7,000 from the cutoff seat, and fellow pro Leo Margets three-bet shoved for 37,500 from the big blind. Jorgensen tank-called, and the hands were opened.
Jorgensen:
Margets:
Jorgensen took the lead when the flop fell , and remained ahead when the turned, but the spiked on the river to give Margets a pair of aces. Relieved, she let a long sigh of relief and stretched her hands above her head.
She now sits with around 76,000 chips, while Jorgensen has roughly 310,000.
