His opponent, German player Paul Hoefer, made the call in position. {3-Diamonds} on the river and Nitsche quickly checked. Mixed for Mueller

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

German PokerStars qualifier [Removed:203] opened for 1,000 and was raised to 2,325 by Marie Furstoss from late position. The blinds folded and Mueller made the call. They saw a flop of {10-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades} and both checked to see a turn card {j-Hearts}. Mueller bet 3,000 and got a call from Furstoss who did not have a lot behind. The river {7-Spades} prompted a bet of 7,500 from Mueller and Furstos released her cards.

Not long after it was Mueller’s turn to three-bet, from the small blind when Joel Vanderschelden from France opened. Mueler had ascertained that Vanderschelden had just under 15,000 behind and they saw a flop of {3-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. Mueler bet 3,000 and was called. They both checked the turn {4-Hearts} before a river {5-Diamonds} prompted a bet big enough to put Vanderschelden at risk. He made the call and an exasperated Mueler said “Ace high.”and tabled {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}. Vanderschelden tabled {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} fpr the winning pair.

Zimnan Ziyard
Zimnan Ziyard

Zimnan Ziyard has continued his almost 90 degrees ascent to near the top of Mount Lotsofchips. The British player just had a 24,000 bet paid off by an opponent on the river of a {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs}{7-Clubs} board.

Ziyard flipped {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} - so just the flopped quads then.

Huge Turns Monster Hand

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Pre-flop Jerome Huge (small blind), Eric Theissen (middle position) and Maksim Semisoshenko (button) all put in 2,100 with Huge having the betting lead. He kept that distinction by betting 1,800 on the {10-Spades}{Q-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop, both players called though and the {J-Hearts} fell on the turn.

First to act Huge fired a bet of 2,400 and one by one his opponent's folded, the Frenchman showed {A-Spades}{K-Spades} as he claimed the pot.

Kenny Hallaert had doubled down to about 14,000 but doubled up moments later when he busted Philippe Lima who had a 13,000 stack. Haglund's Kings

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

On a {8-Clubs}{10-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop we saw Oleksii Khoroshenin bet out 1,700. Right next to him EPT London 2013 third place finisher Olof Haglund made the call. Chakib Bennani on the button bumped it up to 3,500. Both players made the call and all three of them checked the {2-Hearts} on the turn. The {6-Diamonds} hit the river and Khoroshenin checked to Haglund. The Swedish player made it 7,200 and Bennani made a rather quick call. Khoroshenin folded and Haglund said "I have kings" before turning over his {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}. That hand bested Bennani's {A-Spades}{10-Hearts} which he gracefully mucked seconds later.
