An interesting four way hand developed between Martin Schleich, Pierre Calamusa, Yoni Journo and Philippe Ktorza. It was three-bet preflop and they saw a flop of {q-Hearts}{2-Spades}{q-Diamonds}. Pierre Calamusa decided to have a bet at it to the value of 4,000 but that didn’t deter any of the other three players. They saw a turn card {k-Clubs} which lead to a whole lot of checking and a river card {4-Spades}.

Philippe Ktorza was first to act in the big blind and threw out 10,200 getting rid of two players but seemingly leaving Yoni Journo with a dilemma. He puzzled it over for a while before relinquishing his cards. As Ktorza gathered the chips a conversation broke out in French which seemed to imply that Ktorza didn’t have a piece of the board and Journo feeling that he had been bluffed. Hard enough to tell who is telling the truth when it’s in English so what he had is anyone’s guess!
