Alex Bilokur opened for 40,000 from early position only to have Philip Sternheimer three-bet to 105,000 from the small blind. The big folded, Bilokur called, and it was heads-up action to the 
flop. Sternheimer wasted little time in leading out for 110,000, and it did the trick as Bilokur sent his hand to the muck.
