Silver Loses His Chips

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Max Silver opened the cut off to 2,500 and Viacheslav Goryachev on the button made the call. Pratyush Buddiga in the big blind, who won the Fallsview Poker Classic in Niagara Falls for $222,172 not too long ago, came along for the ride as well.

All three of them checked the {K-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop and Buddiga checked again after the {10-Hearts} hit. Silver had enough of all the checking and bet 4,000. Goryachev raised it up to 9,000 and Buddiga folded instantly. Silver made the call however and the two of them saw a river.

The {7-Hearts} made Silver check. Goryachev bet a modest 10,000 and Silver made the call after some thinking.

Goryachev showed {K-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Silver mucked, revealing he had the {K-Spades} while he did it.
