Seidel Down to Preflop Shoves

Level 20 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #68: Dario Sammartino made it 180,000 with {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} on the button, and Erik Seidel defended the big blind with {7-Spades}{6-Spades}. He flopped bottom pair on {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and check-called 125,000. Sammartino bet 175,000 on the {2-Clubs} turn, and that got Seidel out.

Hand #69: Max Altergott opened to 180,000 with {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}, and Igor Kurganov called with {q-Hearts}{j-Spades} in the big blind. Action checked through the {q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Clubs}, and Kurganov bet 275,000 on the {6-Clubs} turn. Altergott called, and Kurganov bet 675,000 on the {3-Hearts}. Altergott considered only briefly before mucking.

Hand #70: Sammartino opened for a min-raise holding the {a-Diamonds}, and Kurganov made it 450,000 from the small blind with {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}. Sammartino folded.

Hand #71: Seidel moved all in with {a-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} in the cutoff for 740,000 and took it down.

Hand #72: Altergott raised to 180,000 with {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} on the button, and Dzmitry Urbanovich called with {9-Clubs}{5-Clubs} in the big blind. Altergott's 115,000 won on the {6-}{2-}{2-} flop.
