Kim Wittendorff Eliminated

Level 17 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Kim Wittendorff

The tournament was stuck on 14 players for quite some time, but just now three players busted in rapid fashion. Kim Wittendorff was the latest casualty.

Under the gun Kim Wittendorff raised and action folded to Anton Bertilsson in the big blind. Bertilsson clashed in a big pot with Mustapha Kanit not too long ago, but by now was recovered to the point where he had Wittendorff covered again. Bertilsson shoved all in and Wittendorff snap called.

Kim Wittendorff: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}
Anton Bertilsson: {K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}

Wittendorff had the dominating ace-king, but would end up short. The board ran out {Q-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and the Dane made his exit while Bertilsson was back to the point he was at before clashing with Kanit.
