Hands #86-91: Kanit Extends The Lead

Level 22 : 60,000/120,000, 20,000 ante

Hand #86: Chance Kornuth limped under the gun with the {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} and Charlie Carrel checked his option in the big blind with the {6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}.

They both checked through the {5-Spades}{6-Spades}{q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{7-Spades} board and Carrel's two pair took it.

Hand #87: Anton Bertilsson moved in with the {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} and took down the blinds and antes.

Hand #88: Chance Kornuth pushed in with the {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts} from the small blind and took it down.

Hand #89: Charlie Carrel opened to 275,000 with the {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds} and Mustapha Kanit defended his big blind holding the {10-Clubs}{8-Spades}.

They checked through the {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} flop, but Carrel took it down with a bet on the {q-Hearts} turn, showing quads.

Hand #90: Charlie Carrel got a walk in the big blind.

Hand #91: Mustapha Kanit opened to 250,000 with the {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs} and Charlie Carrel raised it up to 700,000 with the {a-Spades}{k-Spades}.

Kanit called and Carrel checked the {8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop.

Kanit did as well, and after Carrel checked the {6-Clubs} turn, Kanit bet. Carrel called and the river came the {j-Diamonds}. Carrel checked again and Kanit made it 950,000.

Carrel told Kanit he had ace-high, but did not fold right away, tanking for three minutes before eventually calling and seeing the bad news.
