Mustapha Kanit Eliminated in 2nd Place (€1,462,000)

Mustapha Kanit

Mustapha Kanit gave Ole Schemion a walk before the 93rd and the final hand of the final table played out.

Ole Schemion raised to 350,000 with the {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} and Mustapha Kanit moved all in with the {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}.

Schemion snap-called and after a {k-Spades}{q-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop, Kanit was all but dead with Schemion finding a third queen. The {9-Spades} turn did give Kanit some hope, but the {7-Clubs} set-making river was too little too late for him.

Schemion won the pot, the 2016 PokerStars and Monte-Carlo® Casino EPT Grand Final €100,000 Super High Roller and Kanit was forced to settle for second place.
