Benitez Folds; Sikora Calls

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

Two hands took far longer and minutes into the break.

On the {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs} turn with approximately 12,000 chips in the pot, Dan Smith moved in for his last 11,375 and Francisco Benitez had a decision to make. Plenty of small talk followed with Smith claiming to be on tilt. "You got it figured out, so guess you gotta call," Smith added and Benitez eventually folded. Smith mucked high enough that an eight was flashing and Benitez just laughed.

One table over, there was a pot of around 10,000 and the {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} turn was checked through. On the {Q-Hearts} river, Jaroslaw Sikora bet 2,700 and Simon Higgins then shoved for 33,850. The Pole tanked and made the call to smash his cards into the muck, exposing the {A-Spades} after Higgins had turned over {7-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a flush.

The dealer also turned over the second card, it was the {Q-Clubs}, while Sikora had already steamed out of the tournament area.
