Dan Smith was first to act and shoved all in for 47,000 from under the gun. The action folded to Byron Kaverman and he glanced at his cards and then took some time before making a decision. "I haven't even opened my beer," Smith said and while Kaverman was still waiting, a waitress came with a bottle opener and he took a sip, then another.
Kaverman then called and they tabled the cards.
