Charlie Carrel Eliminated in 7th Place (€58,670)

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante
Charlie Carrel
Charlie Carrel

Action folded to Charlie Carrel in cutoff and the Englishman jammed his last 352,000 chips. Stefan Jedlicka on the button followed suit and put his money in the middle, and the blinds quickly folded.

Charlie Carrel: {2-Clubs}{2-Hearts}
Stefan Jedlicka: {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}

Neither the flop {10-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}, the turn {5-Hearts} or the river {8-Clubs} provided any help for Carrel, and he could do nothing but shake his opponents hands and bow out in 7th place.

Neuville Keeps Dominating

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Theo Jorgensen raised to 53,000 from the cutoff and Pierre Neuville cut out a three-bet from one seat over to enforce folds around. In a very calm manner, the start-of-the-day chip leader has been dominating the table thus far and increased his lead.

Neuville turned over the {9-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Jedlicka showed his {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}, only then realized that Neuville had hit the nine.

Egues Snap-Shoves to Best Kane

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Charlie Carrel opened the action to 40,000 and got a ton of callers in Cristian Egues from the cutoff, Michael Kane on the button and Theo Jorgensen from the big blind.

The flop of {3-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs} was checked through, and when the action was checked to Kane on the {4-Diamonds} turn he came out gunning for 85,000. Only Egues called.

The river was the {7-Diamonds}, and Egues checked for at thirds straight time. Kane thought it over, cut 180,000 out and slid them over line, only to find Egues to instantly announce all-in. Kane was left with 365,000 and decided not to commit them this time around, and thus the Spaniard could scoop up the pot.

Jorgensen Takes from Egues

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Theo Jorgensen raised to 46,000 and Cristian Egues called in the big blind. The flop came {5-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and the Spaniard checked, Jorgensen continued for 50,000 and Egues called.

After the {6-Clubs} turn, Egues bet 80,000 and Jorgensen called before the {Q-Spades} hit on the river. Egues bet for what looked like 185,000 and Jorgensen didn't even ask for a count, but simply tossed in a single chip for the call. Egues flipped over {A-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and Jorgensen took down the pot with {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}.

[Removed:172] Eliminated in 8th Place (€43,300)

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

It folded around to Pierre Neuville on the button he raised it up to 50,000, only to have [Removed:172] shove on him from the big blind. Kramer pushed 370,000 over the line, and after two minutes in the tank Neuville announced call, and the hands were on their back.

[Removed:172]: {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}
Pierre Neuville: {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

The bad news came already on the flop for Kramer, as it landed {9-Hearts}{K-Spades}{J-Diamonds}. Turn {J-Clubs} didn't change much, and even though the {Q-Hearts} made Kramer two pair on the river, it was no good against the straight of Neuville.

Kramer gets €43,400 for his effort, while Neuville cements his role as chipleader.

Jorgensen Back Over a Million

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Michael Kane min-raised from under the gun, and Liviu Ignat called in the very next seat. Next up was Theo Jorgensen, and he cut out a raise to 150,000. Action folded around to Kane, who quickly let go, but Ignat seemed quite tempted by the offer. Ultimately he let it go, and the Danish Team PokerStars Pro racked in the pot to put him over a million.
