We were too late to catch any of the action, but just in time to write down the showdown. Preben Stokkan had

but, as said, we're unsure of how the two got the chips in. What we are certain of is that Stokkan has been eliminated while Boivin now has well over two times the starting stack.
Pedro Marques opened under the gun for 6,500 and Andras Nemeth called from the cutoff. Sam Greenwood on the button shoved for 30,500 and the blinds got out of the way. Marques called, Nemeth folded.

They both then checked the

Laszlo Bujtas opened for 6,000 under the gun and Charlie Carrel three-bet to 17,500 from the next position over. The action folded around to Bujitas who pushed for what looked like 60,000 or so. Carrel called right away.
