Alt Eliminates Lie

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Aylar Lie in a previous event
Aylar Lie in a previous event

Aylar Lie was eliminated from the tournament after she was sitting on a very short stack for a while. She jammed her last 49,000 to the middle from the under-the-gun position and she was called by Alexandre Reard from the next seat and small blind Dinesh Alt.

The flop fell {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Alt lead out with a bet of 25,000. That was enough to make Reard fold.

Lie opened up {k-Spades}{10-Spades} and Alt showed {a-Spades}{j-Spades}.

The board completed with the {7-Clubs} turn and the {2-Hearts} river. Lie won €5,280 with her deep run in the €2,200 Deep Stack.

Kitsios Takes Two Birds With One Stone

Level 18 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Chip leader Georgios Kitsios was involved in a three-way all-in situation where he had both players at risk of elimination. He was up against the {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} of Armin Rezaei and the {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} of Julien Bolinowski. Kitsios had two live cards, holding {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}.

Kitsios was rooting for a ''King on the flop'' and he got what he wished for. The flop fell {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{5-Clubs}. Both Rezaei and Bolinowski were unable to catch up on the {6-Clubs} turn and {4-Diamonds} river.

Bolinowski had more chips than Rezaei and he finishes higher up on the leaderboard. Both players take home €3,910.

Eric Lenoir
Eric Lenoir

Maria Lampropulos put Eric Lenoir at risk of elimination on the bubble. Lenoir was very short and the 2018 PCA Main Event champion had him covered.

Lampropulos also had the best hand with {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts} against his {k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}.

The board fell {j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} and Lenoir had some outs to hit his flush but he whiffed on the {5-Spades} river.
