Michaelis Takes the Chip Lead After Making a Move Against Martini

Vamshi Vandanapu opened the action to 14,000 and Paul Michaelis flat called in middle position. Julien Martini got position, calling in the cutoff, before it came to the blinds. Danilo Velasevic came along from the small blind before Bruno Volkmann upped it to 55,000. Michaelis and Martini were the only callers and the three players went to the flop.

and Volkmann didn't continue. Michaelis put 70,000 over the line and Martini called behind before Volkmann got out of the way.

turn, Michaelis checked-raised Martini's 80,000 bet to 400,000 all in. The Frenchman folded and EPT Prague Champion Michaelis is good for the chip lead after winning that hand.
