Macnamara Back Down After Clash With Medina

Fionn Macnamara has just lost the chips he gained from knocking Michail Karapanos out after getting tangled in a pot against Luis Medina.
After Medina had opened to 17,000 from early position and Macnamara called in the small blind, the dealer laid 
on the flop. Macnamara check-called a 28,000 continuation and on the 
turn he check-called another 70,000.
The 
river paired the ace and it went check-call after Medina bet 75,000, which was about half of what he had left. Luis Medina tabled the nuts with 
and Macnamara said "nice hand" as he sent his cards into the muck.
