Royston Drenthe bet 900 on a {3-Hearts}{8-Spades}{5-Clubs}{a-Hearts} board after Eric Abbas had checked to him. The pot had about 1,200 in it and Abbas called the bet from the Dutch football player.

The river was the {k-Hearts} and it checked to Drenthe again who now fired a bet of 1,600. That was enough to make Abbas fold and the Dutchman took down the pot.

Rousseau More Than Doubles After Long Hand With Sow

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante
Kalidou Sow

The board read {8-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and there was 2,600 in the middle in a three-way pot between Kalidou Sow from the big blind, Louis Elbaz from middle position and Jerome Rousseau from late position.

Sow and Elbaz had 8,100 laying in front of them and Rousseau had pushed all in for 23,000. Sow tanked for four minutes before the clock was called on him. He eventually folded when he had a couple of seconds left and Elbaz took his time as well.

After about half a minute the clock was called again and before someone from the tournament staff arrived at the table a call was made by Elbaz.

Elbaz showed {q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} but that wasn't good enough against the {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} of Rousseau. The river was the {5-Spades} and Rousseau his hand won him the pot.

Sow claimed to have folded two pair as well.
