Mulder Takes From Adams

Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Heads-up to the {k-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop, Teun Mulder in the under-the-gun position check-raised to 10,500 and received a call from Timothy Adams on the button. They headed to the {8-Diamonds} turn on which Mulder bet 18,000 to claim the pot uncontested.

One hand later, Adrian Mateos opened to 5,000 and Juan Pardo three-bet to 11,000 on the button. Mateos eyeballed the stack of his countryman before clicking it back to 24,000 and Pardo let go eventually.

Another Double for Chidwick

Sirzat Hissou made it 4,000 to go and was called by Orpen Kisacikoglu from one seat over, table short stack Stephen Chidwick defended the big blind. The flop brought {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Chidwick jammed for the last 9,500, picking up a fold from Hissou and a call from Kisacikoglu.

Stephen Chidwick: {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}
Orpen Kisacikoglu: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}

Instead of the flush, Chidwick got there via the {10-Diamonds} turn and {7-Spades} river to double with a straight.

Heath Withstands Raise

Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Action was on the flop with a pot of 11,000 in the middle and the board reading {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}. Teun Mulder was in early position and check-raised a bet of 3,500 from Ben Heath on the button to 15,000. Heath took his time and called the raise.

The turn came the {5-Spades}. Mulder checked again and Heath bet 13,500. Mulder thought for 15 seconds before folding.

Meanwhile Mustapha Kanit has joined the fray at that same table.

Heath Back Above the Starting Stack

Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Thomas Muehloecker made it 4,000 to go from the button and found a single caller in Ben Heath out of the big blind. With the flop reading {a-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{2-Clubs}, Heath checked and Muehloecker continued for 3,500 in order to pick up a call by his sole opponent.

Both then checked down the {8-Hearts} turn and the {9-Diamonds} river for Heath to reveal the {a-Clubs}{9-Hearts}, which was enough to win the pot.

Small Pot for Heath

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Ben Heath's initial raise was called by Thomas Muehloecker, who then opted to check-call the {k-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} flop for 3,500. Neither player invested any further chips on the {q-Hearts} turn and {2-Spades} river. Muehloecker tabled the {10-Spades}{8-Clubs} for a pair of eights but Heath had that beat with the {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}.

The same table now also features Ognyan Dimov, who entered a few minutes ago to bump the field up to 15 entries.

Chidwick Does Double This Time

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Stephen Chidwick was all in preflop and in a good spot to double up as he held the {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades} against the {a-Clubs}{8-Spades} of Nick Petrangelo.

The flop came {2-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{10-Spades}. The turn was the {3-Clubs} and the river the {3-Diamonds} to secure the double for Chidwick.

Muehloecker Jams Into Pardo

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Thomas Muehloecker

In a three-bet pot to the {q-Spades}{10-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop, Juan Pardo checked out of the small blind. Thomas Muehloecker made it 8,500 to go and Pardo then invested two time bank extensions before raising to 26,000. The call by Muehloecker followed and the {8-Clubs} followed on the turn.

Pardo now quickly checked and Muehloecker moved all-in for what appeared to be 58,000, which forced a fold from his opponent.

Chidwick Denied a Double

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Stephen Chidwick got his last 10,000 in from under the gun and was called by Nick Petrangelo in the small blind.

Stephen Chidwick: {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Nick Petrangelo: {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

The board ran out {j-Spades}{7-Spades}{6-Spades}{8-Spades}{2-Spades} and the flush on the board ensured a split pot.

Soon after, Petrangelo raised to 2,500 and Chidwick defended the big blind. On a {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop, Chidwick checked and instantly folded when Petrangelo bet 10,000.

Pardo Enters the Field

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Juan Pardo has entered the field and was involved in a blind on blind pot with Teun Mulder.

The pot was raised to 3,500 preflop and both players committed the chips to go the {9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop. Mulder bet 5,000 and Pardo called.

The turn was the {k-Clubs}. Action went check-check. The river was the {a-Clubs}. Mulder bet 12,000 from the big blind and Pardo called.

Mulder had the {6-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for nothing while Pardo tabled the winner with the {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} to take it down.
