Level 20 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

With over 120,000 chips in the middle, Ryan O'Donnell and Tomasz Kolewczynski were heads up on the river of a {10-Hearts}{6-Spades}{5-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} runout.

O'Donnell checked to Kolewczynski on his left, who proceeded to bet 100,000. O'Donnell took some time before announcing the call, with Kolewczynski saying "you got me" as he rolled over {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}.

Level 20 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

The board read {3-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades} on the turn. Mohamed Aissaoui made a bet over 100,000 from the small blind which was called by Punnat Punsri in the cutoff to swell the pot to around 450,000.

Walter Treccarichi
Walter Treccarichi

Simon Burns raised to 25,000 from middle position before Walter Treccarichi moved all in from the cutoff for 156,000. Action folded back around to Burns who looked pained about his decision before calling.

Walter Treccarichi: {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Simon Burns: {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

Mokri Gets Some Back

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Kayhan Mokri's stack was significantly reduced from last check as he got involved in a three-way pot which started when he opened from the button to 20,000. Conor Beresford called in the small blind and Gabriel Shohet also came along in the big blind.

The flop came {k-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. Shohet bet 50,000 from the big blind. Mokri and Beresford both called.

The turn came the {9-Clubs}. It checked to Mokri who bet 49,000 and both of his adversaries called to go three-way to the river which was the {2-Clubs}. It checked to Mokri again who jammed all in.

Beresford had Mokri covered and thought for quite some time before he folded, while Shohet folded quickly to send Mokri the pot to boost his stack back up.

Dranovitsas Chipping Up

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Alex Peffly raised to 20,000 from middle position and was promptly three-bet by Alexandros Dranovitsas to his left to 70,000. The action folded around to Peffly, who slid the call forward.

Peffly checked the {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop, and called again when Dranovitsas fired 35,000 chips. Both players then checked the {a-Spades} turn, and Peffly took some time before checking the {9-Diamonds} river as well.

Dranovitsas tapped the table, and Peffly showed {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}. Dranovitsas the turned over {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for the winning hand, adding a nice pot to his stack.

Vornicu Eliminates Lawrence in Flip

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

William Lawrence raised to 20,000 from the cutoff before Cristian Vornicu moved all in for around 275,000. Action folded around to Lawrence who quickly called for less.

William Lawrence: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Cristian Vornicu: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

It was a flip for Lawrence's tournament life. However it wasn't looking good for Lawrence's survival as the flop came {k-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts} putting Vornicu firmly in control. Lawrence stood up as he sensed it was his time to leave as the turn came the {8-Hearts}. The river was an unhelpful {4-Diamonds} which ensured Lawrence's elimination from the tournament.
