The 2022 PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) Prague is well underway here at Hilton Prague. The first flight of the €1,100 Eureka Main Event took off earlier today, and flight 1b will begin this evening at 6 p.m.
The 6 p.m. flights of this four-day event feature a slightly modified structure from their midday counterpart. They will have 30-minute blinds for the first 16 levels, which then increase to 60 minutes at level 17. A single reentry is allowed per flight. Players will start with 30,000 chips at 100/100/100 in level one.
There will be 20-minute breaks after every four levels on Day 1. All flights will play down to 15 percent of the field on Day 1, and all players who make Day 2 will be in the money.
Earlier this year, it was PokerStars Ambassador Alejandro Lococo who took down the €1,100 Eureka Main Event for €417,820. There were 3,155 entrants in that field and it saw a hefty prize pool of €3,028,800 generated.

Angelo Fiorentino checked from the cutoff to see Adi Alkalay bet 3,800 from the button. Fiorentino made the call.
The turn brought the and Fiorentino checked once more. Alkalay went for 6,000 on the river. Fiorentino didn't think long before check-raising all in for about 20,000 total. Alkalay called immediately.

Valeriu Rosca opened to 300 from the hijack. Lambros Vrakas called in the hijack and Christoph Spoerri called on the button. In the big blind, Rachid Amamou three-bet to 1,100. All three other players made the call to head to a four-way flop.
The board showed up . Amamou checked, as did Rosca. Vrakas bet 1,200 from the hijack. Action folded back to Rosca who made the call.
The turn brought the , action checked through.
On the river , Rosca led for 2,200. Vrakas gave it some thought before letting his cards go and the pot was pushed to Rosca.

Three players were in the pot on the river with [2c10h5hhj10s] showing and about 25,000 in the pot.
After his two opponents checked the river, Henrik Veldhoem moved all in for 17,200 from the button. In the small blind, Mehdi El Meray thought for about a minute before letting his cards go. Leonardo Romeo started his own tank for about two minutes. Finally, he made the call, having Veldhoem slightly covered.

Action began on the turn in a swelling heads-up pot between Bugan Selcuk and Alfred Nader. With about 5,000 in the pot on the turn, the board showed .
Selcuk checked from middle position. Nader bet 6,200 from late position and Selcuk made the call.
The river paired the top card when the hit. After shuffling his chips for about 30 seconds, Selcuk moved enough chips over the middle to put Nader all in, about 15,000 effective. Nader called quickly. Selcuk shook his head before tossing his cards into the muck never to be revealed.
Nader showed his to take down the pot and double his stack.
