Van Rooij Out-Kicks Germano

Level 24 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

On a heads-up turn board of {7-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} Felipe Germano in the big blind led out for 35,000. His opponent in the cutoff, Merijn van Rooij, paused for a couple of seconds before he made the call.

The river came the {4-Spades} and both players checked. Germano turned over {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for ace-high but then Van Rooij tabled {a-Spades}{k-Hearts} for a superior ace-high to take down the pot.

Wilf Puts Tsang Depp into the Tank

Level 24 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Action was caught with around 425,000 in the pot on a {q-Clubs}{4-Spades}{5-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{7-Hearts} board and Saar Wilf had bet 175,000 from the big blind into Anson Tsang, who was in the cutoff. Tsang went into the tank for several minutes until the floor was called and he was given his 30 seconds.

Tsang allowed his hand to be declared dead as he did not make a decision. Wilf went up to over 800,000 while Tsang dropped below 400,000.

Abussamra Snaps off River Bet

Level 25 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

The board on the turn was {5-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and both Elias Abussamra and Dalton Hobold decided to check their action and went to the river {a-Hearts}.

Abussamra checked again to Hobold who this time bet out 100,000 and was snap-called by Abussamra.

Hobold turned over {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} for top-top on the river but was shown the bad news when Abussamra flipped over {10-Spades}{7-Spades} for a turned two pair to win the pot.

Jacobson Stays Alive, Hits Flush on River to Double Up

Level 25 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Martin Jacobson
Martin Jacobson

After taking a huge hit to his stack a couple of hands earlier, Martin Jacobson went all in for his final 260,000 from the button and Cedric Weinberg called from the big blind.

Martin Jacobson: {k-Spades}{5-Spades}
Cedric Weinberg: {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

Weinberg was completely dominating Jacobson but it was all up for grabs following the {6-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{7-Spades} flop, which gave Jacobson both a flush draw and a backdoor straight draw against Weinberg's pair of jacks.

The {k-Diamonds} meant Jacobson needed a spade and a spade alone to stay in the hunt.

The river was the {3-Spades}, doubling him up back to 555,000.

Miles Shoves into the Nuts,

Level 25 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Johannes van Bemmel
Johannes van Bemmel

On a completed board of {10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}, Anthony Miles shoved all in, covering his opponent, Johannes van Bemmel.

Van Bemmel wasted no time and slammed his calling chips into the middle, and MIles sheepishly flipped over his {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} for a pair of sixes while Van Bemmel slapped down his {a-Spades}{q-Clubs} for a turned nut straight.

Van Bemmel was shipped the pot and is now sitting at 1,300,000 while Miles was left hovering around 1,000,000.
