"It's Never Easy"
Level 6
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Liviu Scutaru found himself all in and at risk preflop for approximately 15,000 versus Farouk Ahmed.
Liviu Scutaru: A♦K♦
Farouk Ahmed: A♥8♥
Scutaru was in great shape to double up with a dominating ace but the 6♦9♥5♥ gave Ahmed many more outs in the form of a flush draw. The 10♦ turn and 10♠ river were blanks and Scutaru secured an important double up.
"It's never easy, is it?" joked one of Scutaru's tablemates as he scooped the pot.
