Jacks for Sfez
Level 29
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Eric Sfez opened 240,000 in middle position and Alexandre Reard called next to act.
The dealer fanned a flop of Q♦8♣3♣, and Sfez continued for 100,000 before Reard raised to 250,000. Sfez called.
The 3♥ hit the turn and Sfez check-called a bet of 475,000 from Reard.
When the 10♦ landed on the river, Sfez checked, and Reard checked back.
"Jacks?" Asked Reard.
Indeed it was, as Sfez tabled J♣J♦, which was good against Reard's 9♥9♣.
