Following an early position raise, Edilson Marques reraised to 35,000 from the small blind. Tsugunari Toma called in the big blind, as did the original raiser.

The flop came 9♦A♣3♠. Marques bet 20,000 and only Toma made the call.

The turn was the 8♥ and Marques pushed all in. Toma instantly called. Marques showed A♦3♦ for two pair, aces and threes. Toma showed 9♥9♣ for a set of nines.

The river came the K♦ and Toma held to win the pot and double up his stack.

Patrik Antonius raised from the hijack to 10,000 and was called by Ren Lin in the cutoff. Apparently card-dead for a long moment, Patrick Bruel on the button chose this hand to go all in for 38,000 chips. Antonius called, as well as Lin.

The action between the two players who could still act was pretty simple because they both checked all the way through on 6♣6♥8♥4♦2♠.

With about 90,000 in the middle, the flop read 10♦6♣2♠, and Thi Nguyen checked to Ankit Ahuja who fired a bet of 40,000. Nguyen paused for a few moments before announcing all-in for 226,000. Ahuja had 220,000 and instantly called.

The flop came 7♦9♦7♣ and all three players checked. The turn was the 10♦ and players checked again.

The river came the 10♠. Shevliakov checked and Pertile bet 10,000. Biao folded and Shevliakov raised to 40,000. Pertile called and players flipped their cards.

Shevliakov showed 5♥5♠ for a bluff. Pertile showed 9♠4♠ for two pair with the tens on board and his nines to win the pot. Nguyen showed Q♣J♠ for queen high. She was eliminated from the tournament.

The dealer spread a flop of K♦6♥3♥, and Antonius check-folded while Bruel called the bet of 15,000 from Lin.

The Q♦ fell on the turn and Lin dropped four quarters across the line for a bet of 100,000. Bruel snap-called his stack of 83,000 and both hands were tabled.
