Michael Smith was in middle position when he opened to 4,000. On the button, Vincenzo Maiorano three-bet to 10,000. The blinds folded and Smith threw a stack of chips into the middle to force Maiorano to go all in. The Italian player eventually did, with a total of 40,000 chips.
