Cooler Sends Beresford to the Rail
Level 4
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
The pot stood at 25,000 with two players looking at a board that read 2♥8♣J♠Q♠.
Conor Beresford, in the big blind, checked the action over to Leon Sturm, on the button. Sturm bet out 22,000 and Beresford moved all in. Sturm snap-called.
Conor Beresford: Q♦J♥
Leon Sturm: 2♠2♣
The river fell the 7♣. Beresford's two pair was no match for the flopped set of Sturm and he was sent to the rail.
