Ripper's Rail Explodes for a Double Up
Level 31
: Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Walter Ripper shoved all in for 1,370,000 from under the gun and the action folded around to Weiran Pu in the big blind who flicked in a chip to call.
Walter Ripper: Q♠8♥
Weiran Pu: 5♥5♣
The flop came 3♥3♣2♠ and Pu was still out front with his pocket fives. However, the 8♠ on the turn got the Brazilians cheering and the Q♦ on the river ensured Ripper of a double up.
