Luke drilled a pair on the 9♠K♦8♥ flop to vault into the lead. The 2♦ turn was a big blank, but the Q♠ river changed the entire outcome of the hand.
Li shot up from his seat and cheered in excitement. His set would be the victor in this hand and he chipped up to a more comfortable 36 big blinds. Schwartz, meanwhile, would be the 46th place finisher in the €25,000 EPT High Roller.
