Kitai Four-Flushes to Double Through Sammartino
Level 15
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Dario Sammartino raised to 9,000 in the cutoff and Davidi Kitai shipped all in for 100,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Sammartino never hesitated before calling it off.
Davidi Kitai: 8♣8♦
Dario Sammartino: J♠J♦
The flop came Q♣7♣2♣ and Kitai picked up the lone flush draw. The 10♦ on the turn changed nothing but the 4♣ on the river gave Kitai a flush to double through the Italian.
