Ketzer Scores a Double; Dashes Out a Double

Level 15 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Stephen Chidwick
Stephen Chidwick

Roman Hrabec in the small blind jammed into the big blind of Felipe Ketzer, who was suddenly the far shorter stack. The Brazilian glanced at the first card and then called when it was an ace while essentially "slowrolling" again.

"Maybe it is the other ace again like before, he joked.

Felipe Ketzer: {a-Spades}{2-Hearts}
Roman Hrabec: {10-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}

The {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{3-Spades}{k-Diamonds} board kept ace-high ahead and Ketzer doubled.

Soon after he attempted to knock out Stephen Chidwick after the flop when a big portion of the stack was already in prior to the {q-Hearts}{j-Spades}{8-Hearts} flop while the cards were already exposed.

Stephen Chidwick: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Roman Hrabec: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}

The {7-Hearts} turn brought an additional flush draw but the {j-Clubs} river was a blank to keep Chidwick around.
