Staszko Rivers a Pair
Level 8
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Andrea Crobu opened 2,000 from the hijack and only Martin Staszko called on the button.
The dealer spread a flop of A♦9♦6♥, and Crobu continued for 3,000. Staszko called.
Both players proceeded to check on the Q♠ turn, and 7♠ river. Crobu tabled 6♦5♦, flopping a pair and a flush draw, but it was no good as Staszko showed 8♥7♥, rivering a pair of sevens.
