Brink Gets Paid

Ollie Garland

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Frederik Brink limped in from the small blind and Taehyun Hwang checked his option in the big blind.

Brink bet out 2,500 on the 2♣K♥3♠ flop. Hwang called.

The 5♣ turn saw repeat of the action, this time Brink sized up to 6,000. Hwang was undeterred.

The Q♣ landed on the river and Brink barrelled for 22,000. Hwang made a quick call. Brink tabled J♣8♣ for a flush; good enough to take down this pot.
