Silva Rivers the Best Hand

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Pablo Brito Silva
Pablo Brito Silva

Pablo Silva opened 60,000 on the button, and only Elias Fisz came along from the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of AK10, and Fisz check-called a bet of 45,000.

When the K fell on the turn, Fisz check-called once again, this time Silva's bet was 95,000.

The Q completed the board, and both players tapped the table. Fisz rolled his 109 over, flopping a pair of tens but it was no good as Silva showed Q4, rivering a queen to take down the pot.

Five-Bet From Toma

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Candido Cappiello opened to 60,000 from early position and Andrei Toma slid out a three-bet to 155,000 in the hijack.

Action folded back around to Cappiello, who took a moment before four-betting to 360,000.

Toma did not take long to make a decision, moving all in and five-betting his opponent. Cappiello tossed his cards to the dealer, with Toma taking down a nice pot without a flop.

Martijn Kiers
Martijn Kiers

The action folded around to Martijn Kiers on the button who jammed for his last 140,000. Mosjin El Yakoubi was in the big blind and went into the tank. "Uh, I shouldn't have looked," he said as he contemplated calling. After about 20 more seconds, he sighed as he dropped the chips across the line.

Martijn Kiers: A2
Mosjin El Yakoubi: 64

Kiers wasn't ahead for long as the flop came K65, pairing El Yakoubi's four. The 5 turn and 8 river meant Kiers' main event run was over as he was eliminated from the tournament.

Glogar Earns the Pot with a Check-Raise

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Marco Di Persio opened 60,000, and both Alexander Glogar and Nikola Radevic came along in the blinds.

The QJ6 flop received checks from all three players, and the J fell on the turn.

Both Glogar and Radevic checked before Di Persio fired 75,000 across the line. Glogar then put in a check-raise to 190,000. Radevic instantly released his hand and Di Persio took about a minute before deciding to do the same.
