Moraru Spikes Two Outer on Turn to Send Bonfiglio Packing

Sebastian Bonfiglio had moved all in for 1,600,000 and had been called by the covering stack of Catalin Moraru.

Bonfiglio looked set for a double-up and seemed safe after the J65 flop. However the turn brought the 9, with Moraru spiking a two outer, leaving Bonfiglio needing a miracle ten on the river.

The J river completed the board and Bonfiglio headed for the exit, bemoaning his bad luck.

Tekel Doubles Through Jensen

Kanme Picks Wrong Time to Bet

Tomas Patka opened 250,000 on the button and Raoul Kanme defended the big blind.

The dealer spread a flop of Q83, and Kanme check-called a bet of 180,000.

The Q paired the turn, and both players checked to the K river. Kanme fired 255,000 across the line and as soon as the chips hit the felt, Patka called.

Kanme tabled J10x, for a missed straight draw, and Patka took down the pot with K10.

Miroslav Forman opened to 250,000 under the gun. The action folded to Gheorghe Gradinaru who announced he was all-in.

Forman asked for a count and on being informed the sum was 1,700,000, made the swift call to put Gradinaru at risk.

Gradinaru was in trouble and received no assistance from the KKJJ10 runout which gave his opponent an ace-high straight.

Forman scooped the pot and extended his chip lead over the rest of the field.

The dealer fanned a flop of 962, and Beuter continued for 450,000. Venneri called.

When the 6 fell on the turn, Beuter jammed for about 1,300,000 and Venneri snap-called.

Antonino Venneri opened to 320,000 from under the gun and action folded around to Radek Jantos in the big blind. Jantos announced all in for 3,145,000. Venneri took a moment to count his stack before making the call.

Bonfiglio Doesn't Get the Call

Sebastiano Bonfiglio opened 300,000 under the gun and only Michel Karim made the call in the big blind.

The dealer spread a flop of Q109, and Karim checked before Bonfiglio announced all-in. Karim went into the tank, asking for a count. After being told it was 2,530,000, he took about 20 more seconds before surrendering the pot.

Atmaca Can't Get Apartoglou to Fold Aces

With a little over 1,000,000 in the pot, the board read JJ449, and Ercan Atmaca had bet 325,000, putting Spiridon Apartoglou in the tank.
