Valeri Savov opened the action to 1,700 and got two callers in Mihails Nikitins and Markkos Ladev.
The three went to the flop of Q♦J♠8♦ and Savov continued for 2,200 only to be three bet from Nikitins to 7,500.
Ladev made the fold but Savov, after a short think, made the call. The river came 5♣ and Nikitins announced all in with a quick fold from Savov.

Sebastien Matrige opened to 2,000 and then faced the all-in shove from Pavels Spirins for around 30,000.
After a minute or two in the tank, Matrige eventually made the fold and Spirins took down the pot.
Patrick Berger opened to 1,600 from under the gun and was called by Ulter Dogan in middle position. Boris Angelov then moved all in from the big blind for 20,300, with Berger folding and Dogan tossing in the call.

Dogan found a pair and some additional outs on the Q♦10♠2♦ flop, adding a straight draw on the K♠ turn. Angelov saw a brick on the 3♦ river to earn the double up.
Niall Farrell opened the cutoff to 2,200 and Cesar Garcia made the call on the button.
Farrell checked the flop of 4♠2♥7♦ to Garcia who fired 2,500.
Farrell then check-raised to 4,500 which prompted Garcia to fold.
Candido Cappiello opened to 2,000 from under the gun and found a trio of calls around the table.
Markkos Ladev checked the 9♥6♦7♦ flop in the big blind with Cappiello checking behind. Valeri Savov fired 2,500 in the hijack and Mihails Nikitins called in the cutoff. Ladev got out of the way before Cappiello check-raised all in for 35,700.
Savov quickly folded and Nikitins made the call.

Cappiello's overpair was looking for fade an ace or diamond to stay alive. The K♥ turn and 3♣ river were safe, giving Capiello the double up. "Nice hand" said Nikitins and his chips slid across the table.
Tamas Varszegi opened the action to 2,000 and Alberto Stegeman defended his big blind with the call.
The flop came 2♥A♣5♦ and Tamas continued for 1,500 and again got the call from Stegeman.
The turn brought the 7♠ and Varszegi bet 6,500 into his opponent. Stegeman announced a raise with enough chips to put Varszegi all in.
A spell in the tank for a couple of minutes eventually turned into a call from Varszegi.

The 9♣ on the river ensured that Varszegi got the full double up and looked happy with his great call.
Claudio Di Giacomo opened to 2,000 from under the gun, and Jack Buhlmann completed in the small blind.
The flop of Q♠10♣6♥ was checked by Giacomo to Buhlmann who checked behind.
Another round of knuckles was had by both players on the 10♠ turn.
The table was tapped for the third and final time by the players on the 6♠ river.
Di Giacomo showed down A♦9♦ and Buhlmann flipped over A♥3♥ for a chopped pot.
Niall Farrell opened the action to 2,200 and got one call from the big blind, Martin Ilavsky, who defended.
The flop came Q♦6♥9♥ and Ilavsky check-called the continuation bet of Farrell. The turn card brought the 6♣ and paired the board. Again Ilavsky check-called Farrell's bet of 6,000.
The river came the K♦ and Ilavsky put the rest of his chips in the middle and announced he was all in for around 15,900. Farrell suggested that he had a big hand and was not slow rolling his opponent and eventually made the call.
Ilavsky tabled 10♦6♠ for trip sixes and Farrell mucked.
Main Event players have been sent on their final 20-minute break of the night.
The 179 remaining players will look to survive two more levels before bagging for Day 2.
