Brecard Takes it at Showdown

Julien Brecard opened 11,000 in middle position and only Kristian Larsson came along from the big blind.
The dealer fanned a flop of K♠8♣5♦, and both players tapped the tabe to see the K♥ pair the board on the turn. Larsson led for 9,000, and Brecard quickly called.
When the A♣ hit the river, both players checked once again. Larsson rolled 7♣7♦ before seeing the bad news as Brecard tabled J♣J♦.
