Sanchez Finds the Right Call
Level 20
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Alberto Sanchez limped from the small blind, Marcus Wuttke raised from the big blind, and Sanchez called.
The two players went heads up to a K♦J♣3♠ flop. Sanchez check-called a 55,000 bet from Wuttke.
The 6♦ turn checked through to the A♥ river which saw Sanchez check for a third time. Wuttke put together a bet of 110,000 which sent Sanchez deep into the tank. After over two minutes of thinking he flicked in the call.
Marcus Wuttke: 10♥2♦
Alberto Sanchez: K♠10♠
Wuttke showed down a bluff while Sanchez made the correct call with second pair as he raked in a sizeable pot.
