Madar Applying Pressure
Level 24
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Kevin Madar opened to 75,000 from middle position and David Xarau called on the button.
The two went heads-up to a flop of A♣Q♠7♥. Madar led for 75,000 and Xarau quickly put in the call.
The turn brought the 5♥. Madar did not slow down as he continued for 150,000, which Xarau called after some deliberation.
The 4♦ peeled off on the river. WIthout hesitation, Madar snap-jammed as the covering stack to put Xarau at risk for 445,000. Xarau tanked for around three minutes before he finally found the fold and conceded a sizeable pot to Madar.
