Vezina Wins a Multi-Way Pot

Gabriel Vezina raised to 4,000 from middle position. Aram Sargsyan called on the button before Artyom Smbatyan and Alexandros Michas called from the blinds.

The action checked to Vezina on the 2J2 flop and he bet 5,000. Sargsyan and Michas called, but Smbatyan folded.

The A on the turn got checked through for the 10 to come on the river. After Michas checked from the big blind, Vezina shoved for 33,000 and got two quick folds from Sargsyan and Michas.

Hallaert Gets Paid

With a completed board of JJ5810 on the table, Dennis Bijen checked from the big blind to Kenny Hallaert, who was in the cutoff and fired 30,000 into the pot of about 40,000. Bijen went into the tank for some time before deciding to toss in the call.

Hallaert quickly rolled over KJ for trip jacks and Bijen mucked his hand.

Vinuela Sends Guerrero Out

Adrian Vinuela opened on the button and Betanzos Guerrero shoved for his last 35,000 from the small bind. Vinuela quickly called to put Guerrero at risk and hands were revealed.

Jaime Rueda opened to 3,000 from the hijack and found one caller in Svetlin Sabev in the small blind.

Sabev check-called a 3,000 bet from Rueda on the 1022 flop and both players checked on the 7 turn.

The 3 completed the board and Sabev led out for 7,500. Rueda mulled it over and decided to look him up. Sabev turned over 99 for nines-up.

Rueda couldn't beat it and mucked — conceding the pot to Sabev.
