Maltez Doubles With Queens
Level 14
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
James Collopy had opened to 21,000 and then called the shove of Fabrice Maltez, who had around 100,000 in his stack.
Fabrice Maltez: Q♥Q♣
James Collopy: A♥5♦
Collopy was looking to thin the field down further and add to his stack but never managed to do so as the K♣9♠K♦6♠2♥ runout kept the pocket queens of Maltez in the lead.
