Bensaid spent two time banks before calling, growing the pot to 34,000. After the 2♣ river hit the table, Bensaid checked again and Farrell made a bet of 25,000, more than half of his remaining stack.
Bensaid did not need as much time to make a decision, quickly folding and forfeiting the pot.
"Scottish people don't bluff," tablemate Mark Teltscher told Bensaid comfortingly.
